Description Milind 2023-07-27 09:50:58 UTC
Description of problem:
=======================
Customer is using f5 external webproxy and the ceph-dashboard is not able to connect on it. However the ceph-dashboard is able to connect via internal active MGR IP. This problem occurred after they have upgraded their cluster form 6.0 to 6.1. previously on 6.0 the access on the LB IP is working fine.

[ASK]:
We would like to know specifically, if there is somehting that is changed between 6.0 and 6.1 in the ceph-dashbaord configuration which can be the reason in blocking the f5 proxy configuraiton.

Kindly see the additional information part for more information.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
=============================================================
RHCS 6.1

Actual results:
===============
Dashboard is not able to connect on f5 external proxy, but is able to conenct internally

Expected results:
=================
Dashboard should be able to connect on both (internal and f5 external proxy).
