Cannot install sqlninja.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

The package sqlninja was blocking updates (DNF5) on Rawhide running Security Lab (Xfce based).

So I uninstalled sqlninja and its dependencies (perl-DBD-SQLite perl-DBI perl-Net-DNS-Nameserver perl-Net-Pcap perl-Net-RawIP perl-NetPacket) and this allowed updates to take place.  

After that, I was able to install all the dependencies listed above again, but not sqlninja.
