Remove the "round-trip time RTT" and change to only "where latencies do not exceed 5 milliseconds (ms)" . Below in https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_data_foundation/4.13/html/configuring_openshift_data_foundation_disaster_recovery_for_openshift_workloads/introduction-to-stretch-cluster-disaster-recovery_stretch-cluster#requirements-for-enabling-stretch-cluster-disaster-recovery-solution_stretch-cluster, it's correct. (The round trip time is the overall time an answer needs to be received back. The latency is on both ways, to the receiver and back, so latency and RTT are not synonyms.)
