Description of problem:
We have ways to change the crush_rule for the pool post deployment( ceph osd pool set <name> crush_rule <rule>).

It would be great if we have a way to change the profile for the EC pool post creation.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy RHCS cluster, create EC pools and write data.
2. Create a new EC profile. There is no way currently to apply the new profile onto the existing EC pool.

Actual results:
Cannot change the profile of the EC pool

Expected results:
Ability to change the profile of EC pools
