3. Did it work previously in Fedora? If so, what kernel version did the issue
   *first* appear?  Old kernels are available for download at
   https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=8 :
There has been problem on and off. At first, setting amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x10 to kernel boot parameters was need to avoid flickering and crashes. Since the last couple of kernel, probably above 6.2, this has not been needed as there hasn't been any crashes... until now, probably when the current kernel >6.4 was installed.


4. Can you reproduce this issue? If so, please provide the steps to reproduce
   the issue below:
No, it seems to happen randomly. I can play games on steam without problem. Happens both in RStudio, Firefox and matlab.


5. Does this problem occur with the latest Rawhide kernel? To install the
   Rawhide kernel, run ``sudo dnf install fedora-repos-rawhide`` followed by
   ``sudo dnf update --enablerepo=rawhide kernel``:

Yes, currently using rawhide.
