**Describe the bug**

after running:
# yum install yum-plugin-copr
# yum copr enable dsommers/openvpn3
# yum install openvpn3-client

we get:

Updating Subscription Management repositories.

Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libjsoncpp.so.25()(64bit) needed by openvpn3-client-20-2.el9.x86_64
  - nothing provides libprotobuf.so.25()(64bit) needed by openvpn3-client-20-2.el9.x86_64

I've resubmitted a build of openvpn3-20-2 for RHEL-9 only.  I suspect libjsoncpp and libprotobuf got updated with a new .so version in a newer RHEL-9 release.

I see the build has completed.  Can you try to do a reinstall of openvpn3 and see if this works better now?
