Description of problem:

Our customer is updating undercloud for osp16.1 and ran 

$ openstack undercloud minion upgrade --yes

but the undercloud minion feature is still in Tech Preview as per:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/16.1/html-single/keeping_red_hat_openstack_platform_updated/index#assembly-updating_the_undercloud


So currently the deployment failed and we need to know the steps further.
