Description of problem:
It could not be unchecked after checking "Temporary migration" in migration dialog

Steps to Reproduce:
1 Create a running VM, then click "Migrate" of the VM
2 Check "Temporary migration", then try to uncheck it

Actual results:
1 After step 2, "Temporary migration" could not be unchecked

Expected results:
1 After step 2, "Temporary migration" could be unchecked
