Description of problem:
the latest smart-gateway-bundle(5.0.1680516659-1) hangs when getting installed for cvp-stf Jenkins Jobs.

smart-gateway-operator-bundle-container-5.0.1680516659-1

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy OCP on vm
2. Pull smart-gateway-operator bundle from brewweb.engineering.redhat.com: https://brewweb.engineering.redhat.com/brew/buildinfo?buildID=2449421
3. Install bundle on OCP vm


Actual results:
installation of CSV times out
