Version 2.12-rc1 contains a billion changes, including VLAN support in the command line and in the UEFI path, which we need badly at work.

I tried to rebase the current package to 2.12 but it's so complicated and so different that I could not complete it.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.
