Description of problem:

The registry.fedoraproject.org/fedora:rawhide seems to be missing. It was there yesterday.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Whatever the latest greatest image should be.

How reproducible:

Deterministic -- from GitHub Actions runners, from internal Red Hat network, with podman, with docker ...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. podman pull registry.fedoraproject.org/fedora:rawhide

Actual results:

Trying to pull registry.fedoraproject.org/fedora:rawhide...
Error: choosing an image from manifest list docker://registry.fedoraproject.org/fedora:rawhide: no image found in manifest list for architecture amd64, variant "", OS linux

Expected results:

No error, image pulled correctly.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.
