After update gnome-shell to 45~beta-1.fc40 stop working switching between windows.
Now pressing Alt-Tab and Alt-` only leads to showing list of windows.
But expected:
 - when I repeatedly press Tab switch to next application window
 - when I repeatedly press ` switch to next window of current application

Reproducible: Always

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.
