Description of problem:
In a newly installed RHCS 5 (16.2.10-187) cluster, when trying to add monitors, managers or OSDs using the `ceph orch apply` command does get added to the cluster but is not showing in the `ceph status` output.

Actual results:
The newly added daemons does not show in ceph status

The newly added daemons does show in ceph status

Closing this bug as part of bulk closing of bugs that have been open for more than a year without any significant updates. Please reopen with justification if you think this bug is still relevant and needs to be addressed in an upcoming release
