Can you update SPEC as suggested in other aspell package reviews?

I saw new tarball available on upstream site aspell6-de-20030222-1.tar.gz2. 
Can you update source in SPEC?

Also found,

Summary ends with a dot.

You should clean $RPM_BUILD_ROOT in the %clean section and just after the
beginning of %install section. Use "rm -Rf $RPM_BUILD_ROOT".
