[AMD/ATI] Navi 21/23 HDMI/DP Audio Controller ~$ User leaves PC, after coming back screen is black but PC is running with fans and Power LED on. PC/screen cannot wakeup by USB mouse/keyboard. Only power button or reset button can be used to trigger reactions. This appeared a few months/weeks ago and seemed to be related to certain kernel versions and Wayland. The problem reappeared now. Suspect related to kernel 6.6.7-200. I had prepared a serial console logging which i have now reconnected. I have been able to capture error messages of amdgpu after hitting the power button for a short time (which should be like trigger resume). Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Leave PC unattended, wait for standby or longer 2. Screen goes black but PC never sleeps. 3. PC does not react to keyboard/mouse. Actual Results: PC crashed. Expected Results: Standby-Resume working. I have also an USB switch for mouse/keyboard, sometimes a short press on the PC power button is required for resume but this should be a separate issue of the USB switch. Might be able to reproduce/provide more logging from serial console.
