This is not a glibc bug, but just glibc detecting a bug in the application you
were running.  If it is a RHEL4 program, please file a bug against it instead
of against glibc, if it is third party program, you need to report it to
whomever provided it.  In any case, running the program under valgrind,
ElectricFence or other memory management debugging utility might show where
exactly the bug is.
