Can not be compiled

Description of problem:
The kernel can not be compiled.

Steps to Reproduce:
[root@localhost 2.6.20-1.2922.fc7-i686]# make
make: *** No rule to make target `init/main.o', needed by `init/built-in.o'.
make: *** [init] Error 2
That's not a full kernel source tree, its just the necessary bits to build
(most) out-of-tree kernel modules. You need the kernel src.rpm. This link is
