Description of problem:
I get a traceback when trying to do an update with --exclude-broken enabled

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
yum-3.1.2-1.fc7

How reproducible:
Update on rawhide (with broken deps) with --exclude

Actual results:
Get a traceback in the middle of doing dep resolve

just realized... yum-skip-broken is a plugin from extras,,,,

sorry about that.

Fixed this in CVS yesterday, will be in 3.1.3 real soon now.
