This looks like a bug in gstreamer1-plugins-base. It might possibly be fixed by the 1.24.8 release. See https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/, where the 1.24.8 release announcement includes: decodebin3: collection handling fixes Reassigning to gstreamer1-plugins-base so the maintainer can chime in.
