Description of problem:
sleuthkit from epel9 has a missing dependency, causing it to be uninstallable.

sleuthkit-4.12.1-1.el9


How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install sleuthkit


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides mac-robber needed by sleuthkit-4.12.1-1.el9.x86_64 from epel


Expected results:
successful installation
