Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Should be applied against policycoreutils-gui, but that component is not listed

How reproducible:
Disable SELinux, and try to start system-config-selinux

Expected results:
Should be able to use system-config-selinux to configure SELinux even when
selinux is disabled.

Ok I have fixed this in Rawhide.  

Proposed fix in RHEL5.1 1.33.12-7

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.
