version 1.6 has been released. in subsequent attachments are a new spec
file, and an updated patch file (as well as a copy of the existing patch
that gets carried through to the new release).

Patches apply against source tree as obtained from GNU in
wget/wget-1.6.tar.gz.

Patches will be submitted to wget maintainers in order to try to bring GNU
wget in sync with RH patches.
