Description of problem:
The kernel does not ship with the needed modules for OpenIPMI support
on s390/s390x.  If OpenIPMI hardware is not available on these platforms
and we won't be shipping the kernel modules, we should not be
shipping OpenIPMI for s390 & s390x.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEL4.2 through RHEL4.5, inclusive.  Packages did not ship
with GOLD, nor with RHEL4.1.

The package names are:
  OpenIPMI
  OpenIPMI-devel
  OpenIPMI-libs
  OpenIPMI-tools
