Description of problem:

Current version in devel is built against python2.4, see:

mock builds that BuildRequire this package will fail with this message:

Error: Missing Dependency: python-abi = 2.4 is needed by package python-psycopg
Error: Missing Dependency: python(abi) = 2.4 is needed by package python-reportlab
Error: Missing Dependency: libpq.so.4 is needed by package python-psycopg
Error: Missing Dependency: python(abi) = 2.4 is needed by package python-psycopg

Needs a rebuild against python 2.5.
