Description of problem:
I started yum on a machine newly upgraded form FC6 to rawhide. The freshrpms
repo no longer works and yumex crashed after it was unable to find a valid url.
The UI displayed an error, then quit out.

yumex-1.9.6-1.0.fc7 (rawhide)

yum cant use the stable freshrpms repo with rawhide, it only work with released
versions.
You have to disable it in the /etc/yum.repos.d/freshmeat.repo

You have to use a freshmeat development repo insted.
