Please use https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=$BUGNR which is the
canonical URL for freedesktop bugzilla. You currently have
http://freedesktop.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=$BUGNR which is on a different
machine and currently satisfied by a redirect.
