Attempt of reinstalling the existing Fedora system using a custom partition (especially with systemd boot) silently failed without an error message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run a live media on an existion Fedora system with custom partition layout
2. Start the installation and select "Reinstall Fedora"
3.
Actual Results:
Silent failure without notification

Expected Results:
The installer should detect the existing Fedora system even with custom partition.
