I tried installing rh7 on my system, but it always fails at the exact same
spot. After creating the user accounts when it starts reading stuff from
my hard disk. Something about anaconda. The saved file is below.
I'M DOING A HARD DISK INSTALL, not from any CD.

I have a PIII 450, g200 AGP, 3 button logitech, regular keyboard, BCD 40 x
CDROM, diskette, 104 us keyboard, amquest modem 56K. This is a HP Vectra
vei8. Nothing fancy in it like SCSI, no network card.

I tried installing on my 8 gig maxtor:
partition 1 5gig FAT 32 Win98
partition 2 2gig FAT 32 redhat files
partition 3 1gig FAT 32 nothing

I also tried a on clean HDD, 2 gig maxtor:
partition 2 gig FAT 16 redhat files

I tried custom install, workstation, always the same thing! Yes, I did try
the update of anaconda.
I typed "linux updates", and all seem to be going well until anaconda...

my e-mail is j_carbone
Thank you

There is something wrong with the hard drive image you are installing from. Make
sure you have all the required files and have copied them in a binary safe manner.
