Description Alexander Todorov 2007-06-14 12:58:05 UTC
Description of problem:
system-config-date is not accessible with AT-SPI (Dogtail). It does not export
the child GUI widgets. This prevents running automated GUI tests against this
application and probably will prevent disabled people to use assistive
technologies(such as magnifier) when working with this app.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
system-config-date-1.8.12-1.el5

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login to GNOME as root
2. make sure accessibility is enabled
(System->Preferences->Accessibility->Assistive Technology Preferences)
3. If not enabled then enable, logout and login again
4. Start system-config-date (System->Administration-date & Time)
5. Verify accessibility (I used the sniff utility from Dogtail project)

Actual results:
system-config-date does not export any child widgets.

Expected results:
system-config-date should export all child widgets.

Additional info:
IMO this behaviour is due to the fact that system-config-date uses a lot of
custom widgets.
