Description of problem:
when I create a kickstart with static networking, the ks file still shows
"network --bootproto dhcp".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
satellite-4.2.1

How reproducible:
create a ks file

kickstart still uses booproto=dhcp

static network settings
