Description of problem:

Tools-Word Count is disabled if the document is read-only. There is absolutely
no reason for this behavior.

Word Processor

How reproducible:

Always.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a document read-only.
2. Check Tools menu.
3.
  
Actual results:
Word Count is grayed and disabled

Expected results:
Word Count works as normal.

Easily done, patch checked in. Will be next F-7 update if there is one.

it is working fine with rawhide
