Description of problem:

the string "virtualization entitlements" isn't translated.

502 (what's currently in prod)


Steps to Reproduce:
1. set your language to French
2. go to https://rhn.redhat.com/rhn/systems/SystemEntitlements.do
3. look at side nav

Closing - this will be addressed with all of the *other* parts of RHN that
aren't yet localized, when we get some L10N resource to do so.  Much larger
issue than this one message.
