After enabling desktop effects on Fedora 7, most everything works perfectly. 
However, if I run an OpenGL application, such as glxgears, the opengl portion of
that window always appears on top of the screen, and is not properly clipped by
other windows.  See the attached screenshot.

Hardware:
  Intel G965 embedded graphics

Software:
  Using the "intel" xorg driver
  compiz-0.3.6-8
  xorg-x11-drv-i810
  mesa-libGL-6.5.2-13
  kernel-2.6.22.1-41
