Description of problem: RedHat's initscripts hardcode the dh group used during PHASE 1 of IPsec SA to 2. This will only work if the other side of the IPsec tunnel to be created also set this to 2. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): initscripts-8.45.14.EL-1

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release. Product Management has requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed products. This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update release.
