Description of problem:

The attached patch separates the "mapped" pages count into "mapped-file" and
"mapped-anon"
page counts in the show_mem()  output.  Without this change it is difficult to
debug memory
consumption problems with AltSysrq-M outputs. 

Need it to debug bug 250155
