In kernel-headers-2.2.16-3.sparc.rpm
the symbolic links from /usr/include/asm to ../src/linux/include/asm
and from /usr/include/linux to ../src/linux/include/linux is missing.

Thanks for the bug report. However, Red Hat no longer maintains this version of
the product. Please upgrade to the latest version and open a new bug if the problem
