Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put redhat 7 cd 2 in nfs cdrom drive
2. Boot on new machine with redhat net install boot floppy
3. Go through all options.  When it gets to examining packages it throws 
the traceback stuff.

It appears you are missing files on your NFS server. Did you copy both CDs into
a single directory tree?
