Description Florin Andrei 2007-09-14 20:20:11 EDT
Description of problem:
Running F8T2 i686 Live CD on IBM/Lenovo T60
There's no sound.
The PulseAudio Volume Control fails with "Connection failed: Connection refused"
I installed Flash and I'm playing a video off liveleak.com - no sound
I added the Volume Control applet to the panel, I dragged the volume slider,
nothing happens. Right-click, Open Volume Control, tweak the sliders - nothing.

Make sure to toggle the "Enable ESD" check box in the sound preferences.

Unfortunately you have to toggle this manually when upgrading Fedora. For new
installs this will be set up properly by default.

Feel free to reopen this bug, when this doesn't fix your problem.
