Description of problem:
90-alsa.rules says:
SUBSYSTEM=="sound", KERNEL=="controlC*" RUN+="/sbin/salsa"
SUBSYSTEM=="sound", KERNEL=="pcm*"      RUN+="/sbin/salsa"

but salsa is in /bin.

This causes my audio to boot up with strange settings, etc....
