Description d.parr 1999-05-27 12:21:53 UTC
Installed 6.0 successfully via NFS using bootp. When
rebooted, eth0 configuration failed, pump said Operation
failed. Downloaded pump-0.6.7-1.rpm from updates and
upgraded the package via rpm. Rebooted - same problem.

Comment 1 Jay Turner 1999-05-27 14:10:59 UTC
What is your bootp server running on?? The bootp facilities used in
the installation are different from the pump processes which run on a
functioning system.

I see this too - bootpd on RHL/SPARC 5.2.
Works with dhcpd on same server.

Comment 3 Bill Nottingham 1999-08-31 22:31:59 UTC
Is this fixed with the 0.7.0 errata release?

Comment 4 Erik Troan 2000-02-03 15:45:59 UTC
As there hasn't been a response to the 0.7.0 query, we're assuming this is
fixed. Please reopen if you continue to have problems.
