Description of problem:
When given an invalid interface name wpa_supplicant segfaults. The attached
patch fixes this.

wpa_supplicant-0.5.7-9

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. call wpa_supplicant with a non-existant interface in -i
2.

Actual results:
segfault

Expected results:
no segfault

Please disregard the first chunk of the patch, that's bogus.

The second chunk still stands and fixes the segfault, though.
