After complete reinstallation from CDROM up2date doesn't operate.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Installation + Registration -> up2date OK
2.Reinstallation -> up2date KO

Actual Results:  System message:
"You are not registered with RHN services.
Tu use Update Agent, you must be registered"

When I try to register again, I am said "You are already registered".

If you reinstalled from scratch, you will have to use rhn_register again to 
create a new profile.  Log in on the web after this to RHN and delete your old 
profile, if you want.  After registering with rhn_register, up2date will 
function.

If rhn_register claims you are already registered, simply press "OK" and 
continue anyway.
