A side note: Curlftpfs has some problems with curl 7.16.4. Here is a quote from the developer of curlftpfs: "Also, you don't want to use curl 7.16.4 nor 7.16.3. They both have bugs that crash the library. The safe versions are 7.16.2 or 7.17.0." Check out http://curl.haxx.se/ 2. Check out Fedora Core Development Actual Results: curl-7.16.4 Expected Results: curl-7.17.0 Additional info:
Yes, I'm aware of that, but I have problems forwardporting the NSS patch for 7.17.0 (curl dies with double free corruption while closing socket) what prevents me from doing the update.
Created attachment 236101 [details] forwardported NSS patch, just in case you want to give it a try.
I believe a better version of that patch is what went in upstream and is now included in the just released curl and libcurl 7.17.1...
curl is now updated in rawhide to 7.17.1.
Great. Thanks!
