Description of problem:

Both these commands fail.

yum install gnuplot 

yum --nogpgcheck install gnuplot

How reproducible:

Both attempts give the same or similar messages - see log

ginac is not installed

Expected results:

installation of ginac

Additional info:

There seems to be a common pattern with the bugs reported already for gfortran
and ginac. This time it relates to some perl files which are needed.
