Description of problem:
The command buttons for each of the two sections on the SDC channels page are
inconsistently labeled. Specifically, the base channel command button is labeled
as "Modify base channel" and the child channel command button is "Change

The labels should use consistent verbage. I would recommend using "Change..." as
the basic wording because it is more direct and simpler of the two.
