e1000T Copper Gigabit Adapter entry is missing from PCI.IDS and PCITABLE. 
Attached is a patch.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Look at PCITABLE and PCI.IDS 
2.No 1004 entry under 0x8086 Intel for e1000T
3.

Fixed in CVS, will be in kudzu-0.99.1 for the pcitable stuff.

FWIW, this stuff should get picked up fine post-install...
