Description of problem:
Recently there was a change to the SELinux MLS category bitmap implementation 
which introduced a bug in the mls_export_netlbl_cat() function which can cause 
systems using NetLabel to oops.  There is already a patch upstream which 
addresses this problem:

1. Receive CIPSOv4 labeled traffic
Actual results:
Kernel oops with the EIP pointing to ebitmap_netlbl_export+0x46 on x86.

Expected results:
No oops.
