Unable to re-activate product and support after subsequent installations of RH7.0

Description of Problem:
After the original installation of RH7.0 I activated the product including
RH Network successfully.
Following subsequent installs, I have not been able to successfully
register using rhn_register or via the web.
I have not had a satisfactory service from either support or RH Network.
