Description of problem: I just installed Red Hat Linux. When I tried activating up2date for the first time I get the following message. Error Class Code: 3 Error Class Info: This login is already taken, or the password is incorrect. Explanation: An error has occurred while processing your request. This is a normal error message indicating that the login id you are attempting to use has already been taken by someone else. Recommended action is to try a different user name.
