Description of Problem: When viewing the manual for, say, KPresenter, no 
screenshots are visible (they appear in the Konqueror window as broken links). 
Looking in the package listing from rpm -ql confirms that they were not installed.


How Reproducible: Every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the manual to KPresenter and see broken links whenever a screen-shot is 
mentioned!

Verified; still present in the current version.
The problem is that the Makefiles don't copy the pictures from the source tree 
at all, fixing.
